Defective Products

Every year, more and more products are being manufactured overseas. As a result, many consumers are being injured by poorly built or badly designed machines and defective products. All manufacturers are required to design products free of unreasonable dangers. Unfortunately, we are seeing more unsafe household products ending up in the hands of innocent victims. Cuts, fires, poisonings, burns, crushing injuries, and falls are some of the consequences when items are defective.

It is important to save all defective items when the injury occurs. Insurance companies claim the item was not defective and it is hard to disprove this when the item no longer exists. If it happened at work, then we suggest that you insist that your employer keep the defective item and do not alter the item.
