A common strategy by insurance companies is to hire a doctor to examine a person who was injured. Often, the facts are so clear that the doctor will be forced to admit the person was initially hurt by the crash. However, for the continuing pain suffered by the patient, insurance doctors frequently argue that the crash was just a big coincidence, and the person’s pain is just the natural result of aging! We work hard to prevent insurance companies and the doctors they hire from this kind of cherry-picking evidence to justify the conclusions they want. Instead, we look at the injuries in the full context of all of the evidence, taking into account not only x-rays and tests, but also the effects an injury has had on a person’s life, their relationships, and their work.
