
Did you know that if the at fault driver admits to the police the crash is his fault, you cannot use that statement against him in court? He can actually go to court and lie and the officer is not allowed to come in and say that’s not what he told me. This is called the accident report privilege, meaning that whatever a driver in an accident says to the police, it cannot later be used against them.
